I think all you mothers out there would agree with me that most of the time you feel like you’re just treading water. Motherhood is rough! But there are those special moments where you think maybe, just maybe you’ve done one little thing right. That’s how I feel when I see my oldest daughter with her baby sisters.
As the oldest, Paisley is expected to help out quite a bit. It’s not fair. It’s just the way it is. She has to help me with the twins a lot, so I can actually get something done! It was so sweet to see her reading to them when she was taking a shift being in charge.
The twins love books. They love to read them. They love to rip them. They love to rip chunks off and stuff them up their noses! Most of all, they love when someone reads to them.I don’t have any sisters, but I’ve always wished I did. One of the reasons we have children is to live vicariously through them right? So that’s what I’ll do. I’ll sit back and watch my girlies be sisters, and be so happy they have each other.
