I was lucky enough to take pictures for the Crookston Family again. I love these guys. Emily’s brother moved in to the house next door to mine. Sometimes when her boys are there, they wander over to my house to play. I love it! Emily and I have become friends this past year. She is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. She will literally give you the shirt off her back. These handsome boys are so lucky to have her and probably don’t deserve her.
The skies were a little smoky on the day of our session. Welcome to summers in Utah. Usually I’m bummed about the smoke. Sometimes it doesn’t make for as pretty of light. This night, it was perfect though. The light was soft and beautiful. The green of the grass and mountains was also soft and beautiful. The soft colors Emily chose for everyone to wear were the perfect compliment to it all.
Chase is the oldest. He’s got a smile that could melt your heart. I’m sure there are about 1000 girls that have a crush on him at his high school.
Trey is my buddy. He got a little upset at our photo session. It’s a lot of pressure. I pulled him aside, we hugged, and made it all better. He is such a funny kid.
Jackson is the baby of the family. I can’t get over his big, crooked tooth grin, and those freckles on his nose. What a cutie!
